• Content that violates Meta platform policies

3. Automation Restrictions

Automation features must be used responsibly.

Users must not:

• Use automation to generate excessive messaging traffic
• Send repetitive promotional messages that could be considered spam
• Automate responses designed to mislead users

JP Kreasi reserves the right to limit or disable automation features if they are used in ways that could harm platform integrity.

4. Compliance with Third-Party Platforms

Because the platform integrates with Meta services, users must also comply with the policies of those platforms, including:

• Meta Platform Terms
• Facebook Community Standards
• Messenger Platform Policies
• WhatsApp Business Platform Policies

Violations of these policies may result in restrictions imposed by Meta or by JP Kreasi.

5. Security Responsibilities

Users must:

• Protect account credentials
• Prevent unauthorized access
• Immediately report suspected security breaches

Users are responsible for all activity performed through their accounts.

6. Enforcement

JP Kreasi reserves the right to take action if this policy is violated, including:

• Permanently terminating accounts
